Company Background:

Fididel is the first internet company to offer a patent pending platform for Real Time negotiations (RTN).
We believe this RTN capability will deliver great value to both sellers and buyers. Fididel was founded on the premise that e-commerce should be about bringing buyers and sellers into what we call a synchronous state. Fididel technology engages buyers and helps sellers find a optimum clearing prices for their products.

The company operates in three primary areas:

1) Web Portal Operations

Board Members and Management Team:

Hal Wendel is the founder and CEO. Hal has had managed global sales and marketing organizations with over 150 people, as well as worked in fast growing software start-ups in senior VP positions. Hal received an economics degree from the University of Washington and a Sloan Fellowship and Msc. in Business from the London Business School.

Bruce Fram is an Executive in Residence at MDV Bruce. He focuses on investments in software as a service, as well as software and systems for both enterprise and consumer applications. Prior to MDV, Bruce was the founder and CEO of Luminate Software, a provider of application management products and a pioneer in delivering software as a service. Luminate was sold to EMC in 2001. In 2004, he led the $275M private equity buyout of Network General Corporation from McAfee and served as its CEO. Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of Mantara, Inc. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BS in Management from Syracuse University.

Marcus Ogawa is a Managing Partner with Quest Venture Partners LLC. Quest Venture Partners focuses on investments in early stage technology companies. Marcus’s particular investment specialty is in early stage web technology startups. Marcus has a degree in computer information systems from Bentley College.
